• Data Analyst Intern (US)

DATA ANALYST INTERN

Sproxil is seeking a full-time, paid Data Analyst Intern for Summer 2013. The intern will work with our Business Analyst to mine, analyze, and interpret data from our interesting and large dataset. Specific tasks will include investigating statically relevant and meaningful trends, modeling consumer behavior, and using findings to guide business decisions. The intern will prepare a report(s) regarding key findings.

This position is for someone who is motivated, self-starting, and an independent worker. We provide high levels of autonomy and exposure to international business. Startup companies offer a fast paced environment with exciting opportunities to innovate and build new technologies. This position is ideal for a person who wants hands-on experience with a successful IT company and is eager to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS:

An individual with the highest levels of energy, self-direction and team spirit is required combined with superior communication skills. You must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and a desire to work for a fast-paced start-up. You will have these qualifications:

• Strong data analytics and graphical representation skills
• High motivation and intelligence with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural
• Native level fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work in the Cambridge, MA area without relocation or work visa assistance
• Completion of at least 2 years of university education
